About Long Holistic Life

Faith-Centered Wellness That Looks at the Whole Person

Long Holistic Life exists to help women move beyond fragmented wellness advice and build practical rhythms that support body, mind, relationships, environment, and spiritual life—without making health another source of pressure.

The mission

Helping women care for health as stewardship, not performance

There is no shortage of wellness information. The harder problem is knowing what applies to you, what matters most now, and how to carry healthy intentions into a life that already feels full.

Long Holistic Life was created for that gap.

The approach is Christian, practical, and whole-person. It recognizes that nourishment affects energy, sleep affects decision-making, stress affects routines, relationships affect resilience, environment affects choices, and faith shapes the way we interpret both progress and setbacks.

Instead of asking you to become perfect at every area of wellness, Long Holistic Life helps you notice patterns, choose a clear priority, practice a realistic next rhythm, and return when life inevitably interrupts the plan.

Meet Brittany Long

A coaching approach built around listening, clarity, and practical action

Brittany Long is the founder of Long Holistic Life and the creator of the NEW CREATION whole-person wellness framework. Her coaching style emphasizes careful listening, practical education, realistic habit-building, and accountability shaped around the woman in front of her rather than a one-size-fits-all template.

Women often arrive with a long list of things they think they should be doing. Brittany’s role is to help slow the noise down enough to see the larger pattern, clarify the most useful next step, and create a rhythm that can actually live inside the client’s responsibilities, energy, family life, work, and faith.

“Notice deeply. Choose intentionally. Live rhythmically. Trust God fully.”

The goal is not to make a client dependent on coaching. It is to help her become more aware, more intentional, and more capable of making thoughtful health choices in changing seasons.

What makes the approach different

Four principles that shape Long Holistic Life

Whole-person awareness

Health is considered across physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental, and spiritual dimensions instead of being reduced to one habit or symptom.

Practical sustainability

A useful plan must survive ordinary life. Coaching focuses on repeatable rhythms, realistic minimums, and adjustments when circumstances change.

Faith without shame

Christian faith is integrated through stewardship, grace, trust, identity, relationships, and responsibility—not through guilt or the idea that perfect health reflects stronger faith.

Appropriate professional boundaries

Coaching is educational and supportive. Medical diagnosis, prescribing, psychotherapy, and treatment remain with qualified licensed professionals.

The NEW CREATION framework

A shared language for whole-person wellness

NEW CREATION organizes whole-person health into eleven connected areas: Nourishment, Energy, Whole-Person Awareness, Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust in God, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and New Rhythms.

Those areas are used with a simple process: Assess → Prioritize → Practice → Adapt → Return. The framework creates structure without assuming that every woman needs the same route.

Scope and safety

Coaching should complement appropriate care—not compete with it.

Long Holistic Life provides health and lifestyle education, coaching, reflection, habit support, and accountability. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe medications or supplements as treatment, provide psychotherapy, or replace medical care.

If you are experiencing new, severe, persistent, or worsening symptoms, or you have concerns about a medical or mental-health condition, work with an appropriately licensed professional. Coaching can then support the practical work of applying suitable guidance to daily life.

That distinction is part of the Long Holistic Life philosophy: caring for the whole person includes respecting the role of qualified professionals and knowing when a concern belongs outside coaching scope.
